Caratteristiche PSP Video Converter 1.3 :

• Video Features:
- Convert a whole bunch of video formats to your PSP (too many to list)
- Encode videos to normal MP4 (MPEG4) or high resolution MP4 videos (H264 AVC)
- Custom or predefined resolution options
- Choose among a wide range of predefined bitrates
- Aspect settings (normal / widescreen)
- Pad & Crop (auto / manual) options
- 1 Pass or 2 Pass options
• Audio Features:
- Predefined bitrate values
- Predefined frequency values
- Mono / Stereo
- Increase or decrease volume (0 = no sound, 800 = VERY LOUD!!)
- Sync / Delay audio correction
• Subtitle Feature:
- Add your own subtitles (*.srt format)

What´s new in v1.3
This release is more of a bugfix release than a feature release. PSPVC should now work alot smother and most importantly, convert videos with an even higher quality! Beside a bunch of bugfixes, here are a few new additions:
- Added a "Join" feature wich let you join all files in the queue to a single videofile
- Added a "Bitrate Tolerance" option
- Added a "Pixel Range" option for motion estimation
- Added a "Resize" option
- Added a color option for the padding feature
