x64 Components addon. riproduzione MKV è pienamente supportato in x64 Media Center su tutte le versioni di Windows. Per impostare la riproduzione FLAC audio in Windows Media Center è necessario innanzitutto selezionare la x64 WMP come lettore predefinito. Per gli utenti Windows 7 Media Center, questo può essere riportato al 32bit dopo.

INFORMAZIONE IMPORTANTE:
lA presente release è destinata per implementare i pacchetti a 32bit codec.
L'installazione richiede la versione a 32 bit codec da installare come prerequisito.
Il codec pack contiene un Application Settings da utilizzare in combinazione con Windows media center setup che permetta a ciascun utente di scegliere diversi splitter e decodificatori per tipi di file specifici. L'applicazione consente inoltre di scegliere tra 10 diverse configurazioni di altoparlanti da 'lo stesso come input' e tutta la strada fino alla piena un'uscita a 7.1 canali.

The Settings Application is 100% UAC compliant.
Restricted access is enforced. (User Account Control)
The Application allows each user to maintain individual codec settings while at the same time seamlessly integrating any administrative commands directly into the users account. New users accounts are detected upon opening the Application and automatically inherit the Administrators settings.
Adding files to the Windows Media Player Playlist
On the Help TAB of the 32bit Settings Application is a button to allow you to choose Windows Media Player Filetype Associations. This buttons functionality is GLOBAL and is not restricted to the 32bit environment. Once you have used this button, you can Enqueue newly associated filetypes to the Windows Media Player Playlist as depicted below. It also sets up Media Center to utilize the associations for seamless playback in that player also. If for some reason this doesn't work for you, go back to the associations button, click No twice, consecutively, then select Yes. No reboot is required.

2 versions of Windows Media Player exist on x64 systems.
There is a 32bit version stored in Program Files (x86)
and a 64bit version stored in Program Files

The Settings Application will allow you to choose the system's default player.

You can expect ongoing x64 support as the rest of the world catches up to 64bit computing.

UNINSTALL YOUR OLD VERSION
When choosing to uninstall this product, ensure you uninstall it BEFORE removing the 32bit release.
